What this is

MergeSheet is a Google Workspace add-on that fills a document template with data from a spreadsheet and creates a PDF. These terms apply when you install and use it.

The free plan and the paid plan

The free plan includes a limited number of documents per month, shown in the add-on itself. The paid plan removes that limit for a monthly subscription fee, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing link in the add-on's settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your responsibility for the output

You are responsible for checking that the documents this tool generates are correct before you rely on them, send them, or act on them. We do not guarantee that a generated document is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular legal, financial, or professional purpose. If what you're generating needs to be correct in a way that matters, such as a compliance filing or a signed agreement, verify it yourself before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Don't use this to generate content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have permission to send to the people it's addressed to. We can suspend or terminate access for misuse.

Availability

We aim to keep the add-on working reliably but don't promise it will be available without interruption. We're not liable for losses caused by downtime, a bug, or a change Google makes to its platform that affects how the add-on runs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability to you for any claim related to this add-on is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
